Gift vouchers must be redeemed in the shop or through the Minotaur Web site, http://www.minotaur.com.au/ |

Gift Vouchers can be purchased with a maximum amount of $1,000.00 via the website. If a larger amount is required this can be organised over the counter in the Shop. |

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. |
| 4. |
Any unused balance will be available to the recipient's gift voucher account and is not transferable. |
| 5. |
If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a valid and accepted credit card. |

Minotaur is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers. |
| 7. |
Minotaur reserves the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift voucher is either redeemed through the Minotaur Website/Shop or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the Minotaur Website/Shop. |

Minotaur may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift vouchers. |

Only one Minotaur gift voucher may be redeemed per order. |

| Gift Vouchers purchased online must be printed from the Minotaur website. On completion of an order containing a voucher, an email will be sent to the purchaser so the Minotaur Voucher can be printed. Vouchers can be re-printed from the Minotaur website at any time by entering the allocated voucher number and the Username used when purchasing the voucher.
